Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Eric Esteban Cardenas is a bilingual attorney and strategic leader with a proven track record of delivering life-changing results for clients.

With a foundation in civil litigation, immigration, and civil rights advocacy, Eric has worked on high-stakes litigation, including helping secure million-dollar settlements in pesticide and environmental contamination cases and represented victims in Camp Lejeune toxic exposure lawsuits.

He most recently worked as Chief Operations Officer at a high-volume litigation firm, where he honed his skills in managing complex personal injury and mass tort cases, including catastrophic injury, product liability, and data breach lawsuits. His innovative approach to operations—streamlining intake processes, automating lead generation, and optimizing workflows—helped the firm achieve continued growth and operational efficiency.

As a first-generation American fluent in Spanish, he uses his heritage and skills to connect with immigrant communities, helping survivors of human trafficking, violent crimes, and domestic abuse secure humanitarian visas under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

Eric is licensed to practice law in all state courts of Texas, Missouri, Arizona, and California, as well as in federal court in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
